Speakers of parliaments of Belarus and South Africa sign protocol on cooperation

A protocol on cooperation between the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus and the National Council of Provinces of the Parliament of South Africa has been signed today in Minsk. The document secures the bases of bilateral and many-sided inter-parliamentary cooperation which will promote the entire spectrum of relations.

The document has been signed by Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly Gennadiy Novitskiy and Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces of the Parliament of South Africa Mr. Mninwa Johannes Mahlangu.
