Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has signed Decree #648 on conferring the Order of Mother on the women of the Vitebsk oblast who have given birth and reared five or more children, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service. The Order of Mother has been conferred among others on Larisa Markevich, a dairy-woman of the agricultural production cooperative Lubinovo of the Miory region, Valentina Konopelkina, a tutor from the Chashniki region, Irina Kudryavtseva, a concertmaster of the Novopolotsk State Music College.
