On behalf of the Belarusian people and personally, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has conveyed heartfelt condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and to the families of the victims of the accident at the Yubileinaya mine in the Kemerovo region of Russia, which caused huge loss of life, the press-service of the Belarusian President told BelTA.
