The youth of Vitebsk Oblast congratulated over 1000 children during the campaign «Miracles for Christmas»
In Vitebsk Oblast, public associations of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union and the BRPO organized more than 100 activities "Miracles for Christmas" during the nationwide New Year's charity project "Our Children", the regional committee of the Youth Union said.
