Nadezhda Kotkovets: situation regarding export of meat products to Russia improves
The situation regarding the export of meat products to Russia is improving after the Russian Federal Agency for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision had agreed an additional list of the Belarusian companies – exporters, BelTA learnt from First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Foodstuffs Nadezhda Kotkovets.
“Within the last four days, around 600 tonnes of Belarusian meat products have been supplied to Russia. These are good figures. If the trend remains in place we will be able to settle the problem of overstocking at the Belarusian meat packing plants”, the official noted.
According to Nadezhda Kotkovets, today a team of inspectors of the Russian Federal Agency for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision continues working in Gomel and Mogilev oblasts.
