Minister: All Belarusians will benefit from e-government services
Every citizen of Belarus will benefit from the convenience of digital government services, Minister of Communications and Informatization Kirill Zalessky said at the second session of the 7th Belarusian People’s Congress on 19 December, BelTA has learned.
According to the minister, the advantages of digitalization will be realized across multiple spheres of daily life. “Every Belarusian will enjoy the ease of using electronic government services. We plan to address all key life events. For example, when a child is born, the system will automatically generate a birth certificate, childcare benefits, and a place in kindergarten. When an apartment is purchased, its state registration will be completed electronically, contracts for housing and utility services will be submitted, and residential registration will be offered,” he said.
The second session of the 7th Belarusian People’s Congress is being held in Minsk on 18-19 December. On the first day, the president delivered his Address to the Belarusian People and Parliament. The review of the social and economic development program of Belarus for 2026-2030 is scheduled for the second day.
