In Vitebsk, a festive start-up ceremony for traffic on the Polotsky overpass after a large-scale reconstruction took place. According to the initial plans, it was assumed that the construction work will take almost five years. However, specialists, working at night and in an unusually warm winter, coped with it in 20 months.
