Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Subbotin positively assesses the activities of integration structures in Vitebsk Oblast. In an interview with the Belarus Segodnya Publishing House, he stated that the created structures are associations of a full production cycle - from the field to the consumer, working in a coordinated manner and remove unnecessary intermediaries.
