However, Beshenkovichi region, right in the center of the northern oblast, seems to break this stereotype. The region is the smallest in area in the oblast, but the potential is huge. Today foreigners are investing in the most beautiful landscapes of Vitebsk Oblast - they are building hotels. And one of the pharmaceutical companies launched a production line there.
