Belarus’ Capital of Culture 2024 to be honored with its own stamp

The Belarusian Communications and Informatization Ministry will launch an envelope with a commemorative stamp "Belynichi – Belarus’ Capital of Culture 2024” on 21 February, BelTA learned from the national mail service Belpochta. 

The envelope was designed by artist Tatyana Dolskaya and designer Svetlana Tsyrulik.

The first-day-of-issue dedication ceremony will be held at post office No. 1 of Belynichi, Mogilev Oblast, on 29 February.
