Alexander Kosinets wants programme of Vitebsk oblast clinical hospital drafted

Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Alexander Kosinets has instructed the healthcare department of the Vitebsk oblast executive committee to draft a programme of reconstruction of the Vitebsk Oblast Clinical Hospital.

“The material and technical base of the hospital is in a very poor state now therefore it is necessary to draft a special programme for its reconstruction and turn the hospital into a modern one within 2007-2008,” Alexander Kosinets said.

The Vice Premier stressed that the programme should include three sections: reconstruction and overhaul, provision of necessary equipment and personnel.
