Belarus and Azerbaijan enjoy friendly and fraternal relations, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Sahiba Gafarova said during a meeting with Chairperson of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova on 18 February, BelTA has learned.
