Vitebsk State University and Hohhot Professional Institute of China sign cooperation agreement

Masherov’s Vitebsk State University and Hohhot Professional Institute (the People’s Republic of China) have concluded an agreement to expand cooperation, BelTA learnt from pro-rector of the Belarusian university Irina Bondal. 

According to her, the first agreement on cooperation between the two educational establishments was concluded in 2000 when a small team of Chinese students arrived at the Vitebsk university. Today, 80 Chinese students attend the Belarusian school. There is an exchange of the faculty between the two universities.

According to Irina Bondal, the agreement which was concluded today within the frames of a visit of a delegation from China, foresees not only the training of Chinese students but also the training courses for undergraduates and post-graduates.
