MART recommends that consumers not transfer their mobile phones to strangers
Today, the practice of quick lending to citizens is widespread in the financial services market. A financial instrument has also appeared in the field of mobile communication services - for subscribers who have connected to the v-banking service (v-wallet), the telecom operator offers 100 rubles as an interest-free loan.
At the same time, consumers who activated such a service were in the zone of attention of dishonest citizens who asked to give them a mobile phone to make an urgent call, as their phone was allegedly dead.
