President of Belarus wishes People’s Artist of Russia Alexander Kalyagin happy birthday
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated People’s Artist of Russia Alexander Kalyagin on his 65th anniversary, BelTA learnt in the presidential press service.
“Your work is very popular in Belarus. We highly appreciate your efforts to strengthen friendship and cooperation between the Belarusians and Russians,” the congratulatory message goes.
Alexander Lukashenko noted that Alexander Kalyagin had received a Union State Literature and Art Prize in recognition of his significant contribution to cultural cooperation between the two states.
