Alexander Lukashenko: Belarus stably meets socio-economic targets

Belarus is moving forward and regardless difficulties it stably meets targets of the socio-economic development, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko declared today when presenting state awards.

“We have a tradition to present state awards to the best people of the country on the eve of Independence Day in recognition of their achievements in labour, sports and arts,” Alexander Lukashenko stressed. Among the awardees are heads and employees of state-run and private companies, scientists, teachers, civil servants, sportsmen and coaches. According to the head of state, their achievements are eloquent testimony to the country’s stable development.
