A. Lukashenko: it is effective Union State formation that will lay foundation for improving well-being of two nations

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the Day of Russia, the press service of the Belarusian head of state told BelTA.

“The Belarusians are really glad that achievements of Russia in socio-economic development, in strengthening the state organization and in bringing about national unity enhance the prestige of Russia and its influence in the international arena on a permanent basis”, the congratulatory message says.

“I am confident that the effective Union State formation and the acceleration of integration will lay a foundation for improving the well-being of the Belarusians and Russians and will help us jointly withstand in the world of new challenges and threats”, Alexander Lukashenko underlined.
